I'm looking for a Frank L. Miller who was district superintendent of schools in 1930. He lived in Lyons, but was on the edge of Arcadia. Matter of fact, his son was living across the street in Arcadia according to the 1930 census. Apparently Phelps Street was the dividing line.
Any information anyone comes across or has would be greatly appreciated.
