Richards/Clemens Marriage..Red Creek, Early 1900's

I am searching for information or leads in regards to Ida Mae Richards who was married to a man named Clemens and lived in Red Creek where she had 5 children. She was 15 when married to Clemens, he was in his 40's. They lived on a farm. Her one child Charles died in infancy. Her first child was named Edna and born on April 1, 1906. This places Ida's marriage around 1905. Since we do know she had children right away. Her children were all born at home.
I am trying to get a marriage certificate for Ida Mae in order to find out her mother's maiden name. We know her father's name was Hezekiah Richards from Watertown.
I am tracing this lineage because I have a genetic disorder that Ida also had as did some of her children. Thus the reason we need to locate her mother's maiden name.
Any help is appreciated.
