I have a Abner Hopkins and Caroline Ames in My tree.
I have only two Childrens names:
Mary(Alternate or nickname Polly)
Sally Ann

From My Howard Genealogy we find that My 4th great grandfather Had moved from Foster Rhode Island to Wayne Co.(Gayland or Galen) and married Mary in 1813 afterwards, approximately 1838 moved to Saline Michigan(Records show Abner must have followed him as he is buried in Union Cemetary, Saline, Washtenaw Co. MI)

History in the howard line says that Abner was originally from Rhode Island and Caroline was From Cuba of french parents(Some of us suspect this isn't true)
I suspect that other of the children might be found in the Saline - Ann Arbor area?
Lets compare notes!
