I don't know if I have a connection with this John Eagan you are seeking information about. I have an Eagan / Williams connection from Ithaca, NY as follows ... Maria Mary EAGAN b. May 1843; b. Ireland; Parents b. Ireland; Immigration: 1848; d. April 1921. was married to Stephen T. WILLIAMS b. February 1841 in Ithaca, NY; d. Ithaca, NY Her sister Ellen EAGAN, b. March 1841, b. Ireland; Parents b. Ireland; Immigration: 1848 Maria Mary (née EAGAN) WILLIAMS died in Ithaca, NY in Tompkins County. She was 77 yrs. old at death. Her husband, Stephen T. Williams pre-deceased her. At the time of her death she had a brother living in NYC named James EAGAN. And, living in Brooklyn she had a sister by the name of Mrs. John DOWDELL. Living in Ithaca, Tompkins County, NY at the time of her death, she had an unmarried sister living there by the name of Ellen EAGAN. This is information from both the census and an obituary. I don't know who the parents were of Maria & Ellen Eagan. Maria Mary Eagan and Stephen T. Williams married in Ithaca, NY.
