Looking for Perla Willey's parents from Freeville,NY

I am trying to find Perla Willey's parents. He was born in Freeville,NY in Dec, 1881. I do not know either of his parents' names. His mother was still living in McClean when he was visiting her. He had a wife named Ella Pittsley Willey. She died in 1929. They resided in Clay and then Syracuse,NY. I think his relatives may be part of the Eleazor Willey lineage from the Freeville area. I think his name may have fallen through the cracks. I know that he is buried in McClean, but cannot find his mother's grave. He married a second time to Abbie Shaw, who is buried next to him. His children were Mary,Claude and Dorothy. I have his obit from 1957,but cannot find his first wife's,Ella. Please help if you can.
