I have heard that parts of what was Delaware CO. (Woodstock and Middletown) became parts of Ulster, Greene and Sullivan Co. Anyone know any details about this? Would love to learn about changes of borders. My Jonathan Griffin was supposed to have been born in Greene Co. in 1820...but now I wonder if it was another Co. then...or if where he wasa born became Greene Co. latr..and the census taker did not know....
