Quinlan's History of Sullivan County was reprinted I think in the late 1970s perhaps as part of the Bi-Centennial. I bought my copy back then, maybe 1979 or 1980. I suggest that you check out the Sullivan County Historical Society and perhaps try the US GenWeb Sullivan county site for some help. The book may be available through one of the used book dealers. Try one of the used book search engines (alibris(?) is one and there are others. You should be able to find a copy somewhere. Good luck.
ALso, the book may be on mail loan from NEHGS. Check that out.
