I lived in Sullivan County as a young man and attended High School in Callicoon.
As my recollection serves me, Yankee Lake was in the vicinity of Narrowburg, Yulan and Eldred. It was a "resort" community.
Crazy, I remember going there once as a young man with some relatives to visit some one?
