I am looking for the ancestors/parents of my gg grandmother, Ruth Jane LITTLE POLLOCK POTTER, b. 1822, d. 1868. (This information provided to me by Sally and Frank Heath)
Ruth Jane had four children by her first marriage to Sylvanus Pollock (Pollack). They were; John (b.1846), William (b.1840), Hannah (b.1842) and Anna Eliza, b. ?. John and William were born in Sullivan County, NY.

Her second marriage was to Jacob Potter, b.1805 in New York State, possibly Lumberland, Sullivan County. He was a blacksmith and farmer in and around Damascus, Wayne County, PA. Ruth Jane was the third wife of Jacob. They are my gg grandparents.

Jacob and Ruth Jane (m. 1854+/-) had 4 children, Mathilda Jane, b.1864, married Norman Gaston; Mary L, b. 1856 married Gird Bucher; Andrew J. B. ?, unmarried; James N, b. 1857 unmarried d. 2/2/1935. Ruth Jane died in 1879 and is buried in Conklin Hill Cemetery, near Damascus, Wayne County, PA.

Sadly, I have no other information on my gg grandmother.

Thanks in advance for any help.
