Wellington Farm - Coram/Yaphank/Middle Island

Hi! I have found on the Longwood School's website a newspaper reference to my greatgrandfather that I am trying to explore. The news clip states - "Yaphank, May 26, 1916

Phillip Hagenberger and family will move to Wellington farm June 1, where he has taken the position as manager."

This is very interesting to me because by taking my granmother out of Queens to Suffolk County, it just changed the whole course of our family's history. I'm curious about Wellington farm......all I can find is that it was owned by an Arthur Teele of Manhattan, and there are references on the Longwood School's website about crops growing there. Does anyone know anything about it? I'm afraid the local historians have been very kind in trying, but have no information on it. Thank you!
