Are Wills & Probate Records Online or Where to get them

Can anyone tell me if wills and probate court records for Saratoga County, NY, 1790-1830's, are online or can someone help me get copies?

Indexes show one for Jonas Wheeler in Galway, New York and one for Jane Wheeler in Moreau, NY, dates not given. I would love to get copies or find them online. I strongly suspect both of these were between 1790 and 1815, and more likely in the 1792-1799 timeframe.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.
