This William born ca 1821 son of Benjamin Rose married Caroline Tanner ca 1845. In 1850 Russell census William B 29, Caroline & Erwin H 4.
William & Caroline transfered church membership from Russell to Crary Mills Church 1 March 1859. In Canton 1860 census, William B 39, Caroline 39, Edwin 16, Isabella 2.
1870 Brasher census: William 49, Caroline 49, Erwin H 26, both drugists. $6000 in real estate & $4000 in personel property.
Possible adopted daughter Kittie C buried Flint-Chafee Cemetery I have not found this cemetery.
1880 Norwood St. Lawrence census are William 59 & Caroline 59.
I cannot seem to find Erwin and burial place of William & Caroline. With that many assests there must be some trace. I wonder if there might be will recorded at Canton NY
