Rockland County Alms House

I am hoping someone can answer a question for me. I have a relative who died in 1901. It says he was buried in the Rockland County Alms House( I assume cemetery) . Would anyone know where that may be? I was thinking that behind Rockland Community College there is an adjacent cemetery next to the veteran's cemetery and was wondering if in fact that could be it? ANY help would be appreciated. Thank you!! Kelly Jane
