St. George Gardens Apartments in New Brighton, Staten Island

I would like to know whether the St. George Gardens apartments located at 201 Hamilton Avenue in New Brighton, Staten Island in the 1940s still exist. I was born on Staten Island in 1942, and my mother and I lived in the St. George Gardens for a few years in the early 1940s while my father was serving in the US Navy.
