Jacob Hand/Han in Otego, Otsego Co. NY

I am looking for information on the family of Jacob Hand/Han who was shown on the 1820 census for Franklin, Delaware Co. NY. He was possibly the "J. Hand" shown on the 1810 census for Otego, Otsego Co. NY. I think Jacob may have had a daughter, Janette who married an Elwell and had a son named Jacob H. Elwell born about 1821 in the area of Otego. Any information on the family of Jacob Hand/Han and his family would be greatly appreciated.
