Hi!
I know who Horatio married (Eunice N. Greene) and had 4 kids: Hellen R., Harriet B. (married to Joseph B. Follett), Horatio N. (died in infancy), Rufus G., and Horatio K.

I have a record of Helen R. Thornton married to Joseph Barnsdall. I'm related to Joseph and have proof of that.

I need to know who Horatio's dad and mom were. Does anyone know how to get birth records?

Apparently Horatio and his father removed to Ripley, NY in 1816, but it doesn't say when Horatio was born in Otsego Co., N.Y.

Can anyone help in my quest to trace the Thornton lineage?
