Harberts and Browns in Schuylers Lake,

Am despertly seeking Descenedents of The Harberts Family who came over from Germany in and about 1850-1889.

My GrGr-Grandmother was Anne Grace Harberts She came over with her Parents and her Brothers; My GrGr-Grandfather saw her as soon as she stepped of the boat and decided he was going to Marry her. 1 of Her Brothers owned and lived on a farm in Schuylers Lake, Otsego County,N.Y. My Grandmother and her cousin both were born on this farm. We are trying to find any Descendants out there of these Brothers Please contact us if you recognize any of the names:

William Harberts-Harburtz or a German spelling of the name: And his wife Susie Janzten-Jantzen.

Thier Children were:

Anne Grace Harberts B,abt 1870 in Germany
Edward
John
William

There may have been other brothers? We have been told that there was a Mishap on the boat coming over and that 1 or more Brothers Drowned. I think the ship may have wrecked? And the surviving passangers were brought in on another boat. I dont know for sure.
