I have a copy of four pages from a small bible my mother-in-law found in her grandmothers (Marion McaLagan Sherman) papers she was going through. It belonged to Elias Fox and Mina Golson. These are the hand entries:
Elias Fox born March 13th 1787
Nina Golson forn April 15th 1791
Elias Fox and Mina Golson married May 26th 1811 at Meredith by Abejah Paine, Esq.
Lucas Fox born March 10th 1820
The next page is torn on the outside edge so I can't read all of it but here is what there is:
Lucas Fox Departed this life Oct 28th (torn part)
in the 24th year of (torn part)
Being Eight months Married
The other pages, one is blank and the other is says : new Testament of our Lord and Saviour
Jesus Christ translated our of the Original Greek

I am still trying to connect the Fox's to my mother-in laws family. I did find your family website that listed the entire lineage but the only name that connects with her side is the name Gates. Elizabeth Gates was a second wife to Daniel Fox who would be Elias great grandfather.
I hope this helps you or helps me connect my mother-in-laws family to the Fox family.
My mother-in-laws family is from Chenango County, New York.
