Seeking parents & information of three Spencer brothers. Eliphas m (1) Unknown (2) Patience Wetmore (3) Susannah Rice; Aaron m Lucy Rice; Matthew (b 1790, d 1824 in Clark Co., OH) m Abigail Rice. The three Rice women were sisters. Matthew & Abigail were m in Otsego Co., NY in 1810 by John Chase. All three brothers & their families migrated to Harmony Twp., Clark Co., OH in 1811. Matthew & Aaron were in the War of 1812. Matthew substituted for his father-in-law, Ezekiel Rice, and was held prisoner with Hull’s army at Detroit. Matthew & Abigail (Rice) Spencer are my g-g-grandparents. The names Alexander, Hamilton, & Lydia have been carried down through the family. Would appreciate any assistance.
