WILLIAM HUBBARD, D. 1821, OTSEGO CO

I am having trouble finding primary records in Otsego Co. Can anyone enlighten me, please? The person I'm looking for is WILLIAM HUBBARD, b. 5 June 1791 in Pomfret, Windham Co.CT, the son of Ebenezer Hubbard and Molly Simons who came to Otsego Co. Ny about 1792. This Hubbard family is well documented in TAG until the NY move. Ebenezer bought land in Hartwick/Cooperstown.
I find no land records for the father Ebenezer. William Hubbard married 8 June 1815 Mary Smith, d. of Hezekiah Smith and Betsey Clark of Hartwick. There is no record of a marriage. They had 4 children before William died on Oct. 30 1821 at the age of 30 years. I find no will. I find no letters of administration, no provision for the wife and children. The only record I found was one in which Wm's father Ebenezer was excommunicated from the Hartwick Baptist Ch. The Cemetery Records of Adams/Pleasant Valley do not contain anything on Hubbards but do on all the rest of related family members. Can anyone help? The information I have was taken from an old manuscript but is considered supporting evidence, not primary.
Joanne Benne
