I don't know exactly what a Plat Map is, but there is an 1852 land ownership map of the Geneva area in Cornell University's Olin Library map collection.

I have used it myself for my own family history. I have a scan of a photocopy of the area immediately around Geneva but didn't see O'Maley, Maley or Malley on it. If you'd like I can email it to you.
