From epodunk website - Conesus formerly Freeport, in Livingston Co., NY. From the Livingston Co Genweb: Freeport formed from Livonia & Groveland 12 Apr 1819; then became Bowersville 26 Mar 1825, then Conesus 15 Apr 1825. Livingston Co formed from Genessee and Ontario counties in 1821. At the Livingston Co Genweb there is a list of 4 cemeteries in Conesus - Union cemetery has a list of names there. Hope this helps.
