Hi!
I am looking for the birth parents or any siblings of my gggggfather whose name was Stephen Carter born in Billsboro in 1761 and later on moved to Quebec city, province of Quebec, Canada.
In 1806 he married Marie-Louise Foucher and moved with her to her hometown of Ste-Marie, Beauce county where he died in 1823.
Looking for anything about him!
