My great grandfather, Miles(or Myles) Bryant was born In New York State Feb. 21, 1834. He was married to Helen M. (or E.) Haught who was also born in New York in November of 1834. According to the 1900 census his father was born in Vermont & his mother in New York. Also, per that census, Miles & Helen were married in 1861. I believe they may have been married in New York. They later moved to Michigan. They had a son John A. & a son C. Frank Bryant who were both born in Michigan. John A. was my grandfather. Where can I find information about my great grandparent's place of birth, their marriage and the names of their parents? Any help will be much appreciated.
