Hello...

I too live in Syracuse, and have visited that cemetary on occasion looking for history.
I would agree that we need to do something to improve and maintain the condition. It is a shame that it has been left to the dogs , so to speak.
You can contact the Syracuse Historical Society and inform them of what you found. Often they will take care of that, or they can direct you to the right person.
I will also contact them about that cemetary, as well as several others in the area.
Glad to know I'm not the only one in Syracuse interested in preserving our history.
