I have just returned from looking for gravestones bearing the name Keel or Spence in the Pine Plains Cemetery, Kirkville,N.Y., unfortunately I was unsuccessful in locating any stones bearing these names. I will contact some people that I know who are on the board of Pine Plains Cemetery-it is still being used today-to see if there is a listing of these names in their records. If your relatives are buried there, somehow the stones are no longer intact, or perhaps there never were stones to begin with. Rest assured that this is a cemetery that is well taken care of. I have relatives buried there too.
