Orphange in Syracuse 1940's that had a fire

I am looking for a half brother who was placed in a Catholic orphanage in Syracuse. I believe he was born around 1942. I know his mothers name was Ann Boylan and Harold Schmitte was his father. I have been told the orphange burned down. Does anyone know the name of the orphange or how I might search for my brother.
