Wasn't sure if you had this or not:

Syracuse Post Standard Tuesday 13JUN1916

John Doyle, a resident of the First ward for many years, died yesterday morning at his home, 513 Center street, after a long illness. He had been engaged in the contracting business for many years. Mr. Doyle was a member of Branch No. 64, C.M.B.A., and Court No. 62, Foresters of America. He is survivied by his widow, Mrs. Mary E. Doyle, and one sister, Mrs. Alice LaGrange. The funeral will be held at the family home at 9.30 o'clock to-morrow morning and half an hour later at St. John the Baptist Church. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery.
(The Syracuse directory listed his age as 66)
