Trying to find the parents of either Eli Smith Howd or his wife Phebe A. Kenyon Howd. According to a death notice, Eli lived in the Cowles Settlement; his dates are 1818-1892, buried in Evergreen Cemetery. Phebe's dates: 1821-1875, also buried in Evergreen.
