sons, Donald, Arthur J. and Frederick R. Turo: one sister, Mrs, May Bettinger: one brother, Francis Turo; 14
grandchildren: seven greatgrandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services 8 am thursday at the John E. Casey Funeral
Home, 1234 Butternut St. and 8:30 A.M.
in St. John the Baptist Church, Burial Assumption Cemetery.

Syracuse Herald Journal | 1976-01-24 Ethel L. Turo, 78, of 1312 Butternut St., died today at her home after a short illness. She was a life resident of Syracuse and was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Donald A. of Sandy Creek, Arthur
J. of Syracuse and Frederick R. Turo of North Syracuse;
13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and a sister,
Mrs. Irene H. Auth, with whom she resided.
Services will be at 8:30 a.m.
Tuesday at the John Casey FuneralHome, and at 9 a.m. in
St. John the Baptist Church.Burial will be in Assumption
