Hello Barbara,
I've just learned that my ancestor, Abel Kinne, born December 29, 1796, came from Onondaga County, New York. I don't know who his parents are. In the early 1800s he moved to Vaughan County, Ontario, Canada and married Elizabeth Archibald and had 11 children:Elizabeth (my ancestor), Jemima, Lovina, Joanna, John Archibald, Sarah Catherine, William Ryerson, Frances Orenia, James Darius, Abel Sylvester and Alfred Mathias.
