Hi Colleen. I think that I might have some useful information for you. There was an Azariah F. Hall that was a son or possibly a nephew of Parker Hall of Cattaraugus County, N.Y. Parker Hall (b. 1795 Ashford, CT; died 1862)was the son of Josiah & Ruby (Freeman) Hall, whom moved from Ashford, CT by 1800 to Onondaga County, NY and thence to Cattaraugus County, NY in the 1830's. Josiah Hall was born in Mansfield, CT.

Land records of Cattaraugus County, NY, shows Parker Hall and wife granting land there to Azariah Hall for $1 and "the love and affection of" so, they were definately related some how. I didn't have the names of Parker & Pamelia's family, but Azariah may have been one of them.

I did find your Azariah F. Hall on the 1880 census in Talbott County, MD and it stated that he was 65 years of age and born in NY; his father in CT, and his mother in VT, which would be a perfect match for Parker & Pamelia.

I am very interested in finding out more on Azariah, Charles & Jonathan Hall. I have several missing branches on this family. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

Scott Hall
