I am an adopted person, in search of my biological family. My name at birth was Jewell-Anne BARRETT and my birth mother's name was Catherine BARRETT. I was born April 26, 1957 at St. Joseph's hospital in Syracuse and placed in foster care in/around Watertown, until I was adopted. My adoption was through Jefferson County Court.
