I located the following in the 1902 Birth Index.
John E O'Conners Dec 20 Cohoes
John O'Connor June 25 Kingston
John J O'Connor Mar 26 Schoharie
John R O'Connor Aug 4 Newton Falls
John S O'Connor Apr 14 Syracuse
John O'Connors June 18 Montazuma

Maybe your year of birth is off. The index begins in 1881 so I could not check on Ellen. Have you checked any census records for them yet ? On my next trip I can check that for you if you need me to.
