I have found Emogene on the 1850 census in Whitestown, Oneida, NY, listed as Amanda E. age 11 & b NY. She is d/o Almon b 1808 in VT, a tinsmith; his wife is Esther R b 1815 in NY (poss 2nd wife.) Other children listed are Edgar E. 1844, Frederick 1848 & Willard 1850. In the next household is listed Almond Clark b 1832, a wagonmaker in the home of Darwin & Elizabeth Hollenbach. Can anyone help me to identify her father, Almon &/or his wife Esther?
