I am searching for any info on my Davies/Davis family known to live in Utica,NY in 1816 when my g-g-grandfather George Edward Davis was born. He was said to be a graduate of Kings College and Univerisity of New York. Also said to be DR. and lumber man.Said to have died in Saginaw Mi in 1858 or sooner. Left 6 children. Edward,Lucy,Mary,Martha,Ellen,and James West Davis.Does anyone have any info on this line?
