I have checked the index from 1814 to 1860. Rome City 1860 only has the first ward indexed. In the 1865 State Census the above named places are not there. New London, even though it was in the Verona Township, was enumerated in the Rome Post Office area. I have checked the New York Roll Sch 1071-1072 guardianship index, familysearch.org film # 0385022. New York Wills New York Roll Sch 1022, familysearch.org # 0381368, A-Z 1798-1902. I have researched these records for the last 17 years.
