There is not really enough information to say. First off, which census is it? More recent ones are not available.

Federal New York Census Records were taken every decade beginning in 1790. They are available to the public for census years 1790, 1800, 1810, 1820, 1830, 1840, 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880, 1900, 1910, 1920 & 1930.

They were not done "by street name" so looking for individuals by that method would be difficult at best.
