Court St. Hotel-abt. 1898

My gr.grandparents Daniel and Louisa Vanhoosen managed or owned a hotel or rooming house(?) on Court Street during . at least, 1897, 1898, 1899 (Directory Info). The surname was spelled various ways and haven't a clue as to the name of bldg. I will be in the area next month and wondered if anyone might have such info or know where I could find information about hotels in Utica at that time.
Would the Utica library have that info? If so, where is it located? Need help on this as I'm not sure what to do and will have only a short time (2 hrs) in Utica to look for the street and location. An address was 72 Court St. His occ.: hostel. That's as much as I know. about that.
Will also want to take a picture of the Methodist Church that was there in 1898. My grandparents, Harriet Vanhoosen and Albert Warn were married in that church.
