Well you may have helped more than you know! And, I may have some great things for you depending on your interest. First of all, it is heartening to know that others are looking at this same line and also having difficulty. I agree that a lot of people confuse the 2 Merlins. Sometimes I wish the Merlin of Michigan WAS my Merlin, because I can find lots of info on him! I do think it interesting that they are both Merlin M. Myers. Anyway, I have some wonderful photos of the Myers brothers taken in New York. By this I mean Clark, Oliver, Wait and Albert. I do not have them in electronic form yet as they were from a very old picture album that was shared with me by an elderly gr.gr. aunt from Canada about 8 years ago. I took the photos to a photography studio and had 3x2 negatives made of them and have not gotten around to getting them in a printable format yet. However when I do (which maybe now I will be motivated!) I would love to share them with you. They are very nice and the one even has the boys labeled, so you know who is who. Now, if you would be willing to share with me any information that you have about your ancestor Albert I would really like that. I do have some info though it is not verified so I don't know how accurate. I have copies of the 1860-1900 census records listing Albert and Lucy Maria. 1900 shows them both being born in 1838, Albert in Aug and Lucy in Oct. It also shows them as having just the 2 children Nellie and Melville. Of course, we know how inaccurate census records can be, but it is the best I have to go on. Can you add any additional or give any corrections? If you want the pictures, let me know. Thanks, Mary Notify Administrator about this message?
