I am looking for information pertaining to the FOLEY's & the NOONAN's. James Foley(30) and his wife Mary(25) (Noonan)Foley {b Dec 22, 1842 in Florence; d/o Michael & Catherine Noonan} were living in Florence in the 1870 census with children: Michael 7, William 5, James 3, & John 1. Also another Mary Foley 63 is listed (I believe James mother) and a Catherine O'Connor 15 (not sure who she is).
I don't know how long they were there before 1870 because they are listed in MA in 1880.
I would like any information anyone would have. Is there a way I could get a birth record for Mary Noonan-Foley and if so how much? or someone to do a birth announcement look up if they had those? Mary had two siblings that I know of Maggie b abt 1840 and Michael b abt 1848.
Someone did find me some information pertaining to a Mary NOONAN who was baptized on Jan 22 1843 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Rome, NY whose parents were Michael & Catherine (WILLIAMS) NOONAN. Also was found a baptismal for a James Foley 3/22/1843 at St. Peter'ss Catholic Church with the parents as Michael & Mary (Dacy) Foley so I believe these might be the ones but not sure.
