If your ancestor made a passage from Germany to Utica in 1854 and you've found or are trying to find the ship they sailed on, I'd like to hear from you! Scanning the 1900 census of just one section of Utica (EN 71, bounded by Wheeler, Suset, Varick & Columbia) tells me that my great, great grandfather, John M. Collmer (Johann Martin Collmer of Baden), didn't travel alone. Notify Administrator about this message?
