Anson Carrier of Floyd, Oneida 1850
Posted by: Grady E. Loy Date: March 31, 1999 at 19:51:51

I am trying to find the parentage of and any other information about Anson Carrier of Floyd, Oneida County who shows up there in the 1840 census. He had sons Milton, Henry, Myron Abner and Albert and daughters Julia and Ellen. His wife was Jerusha Dille Eddy and tey were married before 1842. Two other Carriers appear in Floyd in both the 1820 and 1830 censuses. They are John Carrier and Elias Carrier. Both are on the same census page as and presumably lived near or next to John Eddy, the father of Jerusha Dillie Eddy. Any information about any of these people would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
