Thank you very much for your help. It's not known when they came to the States, but they were back in Poland in 1912 when they had another child (I don't have the name). Here's more information:
Adam Brzuchalski, b. 10 Aug. 1904 or 1910, Floral Park, USA (family had it as Floris Perk, USA) d. 1998 Poland
Father: Feliks Brzuchalski b. 1874 Kedzierowo (accented first e), pow. gajewski, woj. podlaskie, d. 1947 Poland
Mother: Wladyslawa nee Komosinska (accented n)
Father's parents: Grzegorz Brzuchalski and Katarzyna nee Markowska
