Hi,

I'm looking for the name of a Roman Catholic parish for Floral Park, now part of Queens and / or Nassau counties, for the years 1900 - 1911. This was probably a church attended by a lot of Poles. Katarzyna in Poland is looking for the baptismal certificate of Adam Brzuchalski, born 10 August 1904 or 1910. The family returned to Poland by 1912.

I'm not familiar with searches in New York so help would be much appreciated. Per a helpful poster's advice, I'm posting this also on the Queens County forum.
