If you are still seeking info on Edward Gallart it is all listed in the 1930 census for Nassau County, NY. The date of the census says April 31, 1930, but there are only 30 days in April, so take your choice. Edward was 2 yrs, 2 mos at the time of the census. Lived at 46 Grove St, in Glen Cove, NY (Nassau County).
His father was Louis Gallart Age 27 Born P.R.,Louis' father born Venezuela
Edward's mother was Antonio Gallart age 22 born P.R.
Edward's sister Eva was 1 yr, 3 mos
Also had a boarder Raymond Colon 32 born P..R., his wife Aqustina 24, born P.R.
