New Rochelle, New York

Does anyone know about a statue in Hudson Park in New Rochelle, New York which commemorates the Huguenots who settled in New Rochelle in the early 1700s. Reportedly there are names incribed on the statue or the base. I am attempting to determine if, as family verbal history reports, our ancestor Jean Allee is listed on this statue. I would also appreciate any additional information about this statue. Thank you.
