Do you happen to know if just my mothers birth certificate would work? It's her great grandmothers. Otherwise I would need to get Grace Cassidy's sons William's death certificate first.

"A party acting on behalf of a descendant shall further provide documentation that the descendant
authorized the party to make such application."

Who would this be other than me, my mother, or my grandmother? No one else that knew the women is alive...
