You can presently send for a copy emailed to you at no charge from Salt Lake City, there IS a charge if you want a hard copy mailed to you (read their message).
"The Family History Library now provides digital copies of items in the catalog. To request digital photocopies from the Family History Library you can now e-mail your request to Photoduplication@familysearch.org, there is no charge for this service AS LONG AS WE E-MAIL THE COPIES to you.
