In the 1850 census Mary Clymer appears to be living in Herrick, Bradford Co. PA.

Sally, 8, bn. abt. 1842, PA.
George, 6, bn, abt. 1844, PA.
Sophia, 4, bn. abt. 1846, PA.
Lucy, 3, bn. abt. 1847, PA.
Mary, 4/12, PA.
CLYMER, Mary, 68, bn, abt. 1782, NY.

It doesn't give relationship, but Mary might be Sylvia's mother.
